Religions often teach that God is love, but at the same time distant, unknowable, and judgmental. Christian Science explains that God is pure Love, only Love. We all are God's beloved children — always, in all conditions. God's goodness is what's true and enduring in our nature. These are revolutionary concepts. So revolutionary that, as these viewpoints about God and ourselves become our own, we can experience healing from disease and suffering as Jesus showed us.
This replay of "A Spiritual Revolution: The quest to experience God" by Giulia Nesi Tetreau, C.S.B., a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship, is available through April 29.
Giulia Nesi Tetreau is a spiritual healer and teacher of Christian Science. After many years as a psychotherapist, she found her answer to a healthier and more meaningful life in Christian Science.
What is Christian Science? An approach to Christianity based on the idea that the divine truth and love which shone through Jesus' life and works is timeless, universal, and understandable, and so can be experienced through healing in our lives today.

SPEAKER
Giulia Nesi Tetreau, CSB
A few years into my career in the mental health field, despite having achieved professional success, I felt empty inside. I had everything I'd been taught would make me happy but instead was dissatisfied, yearning for something deeper. That's when I read Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by religious reformer Mary Baker Eddy. In it, I found a shared sacred space with the author and experienced a profound sense of coming home.
Some years later, I was compelled to leave my psychotherapy practice to focus completely on my Christian Science healing practice.
